Which model is for men and which one is for women?
All our models are unisex, it is more a question of personal preference which one you like more.

What about the UV-protection?
Our Sunpocket shades always come with a lens containing 100% UV-protection.

Are all the models on the site in stock?
We do all we can to provide you with your shades. If nothing else is mentioned in the web shop, the models are in stock.

Are there any costs for freight?
Please see shipping terms for freight costs.

If I want to change my sunglasses how do I do?
If you want to refund of change your glasses you have 14 days to do so. Please contact us at before any return. In the package you received there is a address tag. This is where you need to send the sunglasses. For further information please read the Terms and Conditions on exchanges and refunds.

What do I do if I receive a pair of shades that are broken?
If the shades are broken when you collect the package, you have three days to claim the faulty and send them back to us. Use your tracking number to return them, we will pay the extra charges.

Can I change lens in my Sunpocket shades?
Yes, it’s possible to change the lens to a reading lens, but only if this is done by an optician.

Where are the Sunpocket shades manufactured?
We produce the shades on the small island of Mauritius, outside Madagascar, in the Indian Ocean.
