These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers via Sunpocket AB’s Shopify webshop at https://sunpocketoriginal.com.
The Terms apply to sales within Sweden and the European Union.
By completing a purchase at checkout, you agree to these Terms.

2. Contract and ordering process
Orders are placed through Shopify checkout.
After completing your purchase:
- an order confirmation is shown on screen
- an order confirmation email is sent
A binding contract is formed once the order has been accepted and processed by us.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, technical errors or suspected fraud.
3. Products and information
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes.
- Colours may vary depending on screen settings
- Minor material or finish variations may occur
- Measurements and fit are approximate
Sunglasses
- UV protection and filter category are specified per product
- Sunglasses are not intended for direct sun observation
- Fit and comfort are individual
4. Prices and payment (Klarna)
All prices include VAT.
Shipping costs and any applicable fees are clearly displayed at checkout, and orders exceeding 150 EUR are subject to free shipping.
If Klarna is used, Klarna’s terms apply in addition to ours. Klarna is responsible for credit assessment and invoicing.
5. Complaints
Defective products may be reported in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by use is not considered a defect.
6. Governing law and disputes
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence apply within the EU.
Disputes may be handled by a national consumer dispute authority or a competent court.
